Job summary

IES is seeking a Field Service Technician with expertise in industrial systems to join our team. This role provides on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for industrial clients, ensuring machinery operates reliably.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and document service activities. Travel to client sites is required, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field service with industrial machinery.
• Experience with motors, pumps, HVAC, hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites.

Responsibilities

• On-site maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance for industrial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on-site.
• Install new equipment per client specs and calibrate.
• Maintain service reports and track inventory.
