Aramark seeks an on-site Service Technician to diagnose, repair and recondition equipment at customer locations. You will install equipment for accounts, perform inspections and repairs, and address customer questions and issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include documenting work, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety standards while supporting ongoing service commitments and timely installations. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources and add lines and drainage.
• Must be willing to work with copper, braided and PEX lines; experience in equipment service operations or vocational training helps.
• Ability to read and write in English; effective communication and customer service skills.
• Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Role may involve physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose operating difficulties of equipment and determine corrective actions.
• Make repairs or adjustments to bring equipment back to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location and exchange decanters or clean brewers.
• Document closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification, and customer documentation.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately record work performed using a company mobile device.
• Maintain good relations with customers to uphold Aramark’s image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service including emergency calls and preventive maintenance.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual guidelines.
