Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and repair Aerzen products at customer sites or at our location. Travel to customers is often required and on short notice.

Minimum 4 years of field service experience with rotating equipment; Associate degree in electronics or equivalent; strong diagnostics, PLC familiarity and ability to work independently while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (2 years schooling) in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience in rotating equipment.
• Windows, TCP/IP networks, RS-485 communications; Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs startups, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products at customer sites; represents Aerzen professionally and safely.
• Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain control, instrumentation, electrical, pneumatic and fluid connections.
• Read diagrams and documentation to perform service tasks and repairs.
• Communicate with customers to discuss requirements and provide status updates.
