Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, diagnose, and repair Aerzen products at customer sites across various locations. Travel to customer sites, quick problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service are essential. Overnight travel is often required.

Requirements include an Associates Degree in electronics technology and 4+ years of field service experience. Proficiency with Windows, TCP/IP, RS-485, and Allen Bradley PLC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (2 years) in electronics tech or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience in rotating equipment.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office; TCP/IP networks; RS-485; Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs startups, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products at customer sites.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation; install electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections.
• Diagnose machine failures and provide root-cause analysis and repair recommendations.
• Read diagrams, checklists, and engineering drawings to perform service tasks.
