Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in field service working with mechanical equipment.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent military training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs at customer sites and office.
• Provide technical remote support and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Generate and update service quotes and orders in company systems.
• Support sales of parts and services.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Strong business communication skills

High attention to detail

Strong mechanical aptitude

Education

Degree in a technical field or equivalent military training
