Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Technician for the East Area to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors and related components at customer sites across the East region. The role requires diagnosing issues and providing on-site technical support.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in industrial mechanical systems, a valid driver's license, and EPA 608 or equivalent refrigeration knowledge is a plus. NDAs and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred knowledge in Electrical/Electronic Technology and HVAC with basic knowledge of circuits, wiring, motors/controls, PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical advice and training to customers and field staff.
• Diagnose problems and submit accurate reports and records.
