Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Field Service Technician for Compression Systems and Services installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors and related components at customer sites. You will use precision tools and possess knowledge of equipment manuals.

Travel within a 3-hour radius is required; a company vehicle is provided. The role demands strong diagnostic skills and the ability to mentor apprentices and technicians.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment including rotary screw and reciprocating compressors.
• Interact with customers to address equipment concerns and coordinate parts and services.
• Assist and train apprentices and fellow field technicians; provide hands-on guidance.
