Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install and support wireless communications systems across multiple client sites. You will craft programming codeplugs, install UHF/VHF and 800/900 MHz systems, and service DAS/BDA networks while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

The role involves occasional travel and on-call hours, with an emphasis on diagnosing issues, advising on hardware choices, and delivering robust, reliable installations.

Qualifications

• Extensive electronics background and RF knowledge.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, programming & installing RF equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install and support wireless communications systems.
• Create mid-level programming codeplugs (12+ channels).
• Install and service UHF/VHF, 800/900 MHz systems, DAS/BDA, CCTV etc.
• Travel regionally and be on-call as needed.
