Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience (preferably Andersen products).
• Good communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and replace windows and doors in customer homes.
• Repair windows/doors and install replacement parts on site.
• Authorize field decisions on extent of repair or replacement as needed.
• Document tasks accurately and maintain warranty compliance.
• Travel to customer sites; communicate product performance observations.
