Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support the Paducah/Eddyville, KY region. This roving role requires hands-on repair, installation and support of telecom equipment across multiple sites in Kentucky, with occasional on-site and remote assistance as needed.

The technician will travel within the region, participate in site surveys, and assist with training customers while maintaining inventories and reporting. A vehicle stipend is provided to offset travel costs.

Formación

• Field-based roving technician role
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles one-way
• Experience repairing and installing telecom equipment and networking hardware

Responsabilidades

• Repair, maintain, program and install telecommunications hardware and networking equipment.
• Provide site surveys and pre-bid support.
• Dispatch coordination and ETA communication.
• Educate and train customers on Securus products.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and tools and assist with reporting.
