Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II – Production Equipment in Dublin, OH. The role focuses on diagnosing and fixing mechanical, software, and network issues, and servicing Canon equipment to defined standards.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to travel. A valid driver’s license is required for local travel and on-site support, often in a 24/7 environment.

Formación

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to travel with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Capable of working in a 24/7 environment with shift work and on-call rotations.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stay active more than 50% of the time.
• Willing to obtain security or other clearances to enter customer premises.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and troubleshooting basics.
• Meet customer demands with efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, and Canon property.
