Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Fishers, Indiana to service printers, copiers, and office technology at customer sites.

In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and repair equipment, train customers, and keep parts and tools organized while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment, Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge systems, fingerprint equipment, or comparable products.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
