The Field Service Technician II at Holt Co. provides face-to-face customer service at an off-site location and is responsible for minor troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of construction equipment.

Based in Austin, this role requires driving to customer sites, coordinating with the MAC department, and ensuring safety policies are followed. MSHA, CDL or crane/rigger certifications and valid driver’s license are preferred, with travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and safety awareness.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and service reports.

Responsabilités

• Performs minor repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision.
• Removes/install parts and tests repaired equipment for proper operation.
• Completes service reports and maintains customer records; accesses required databases.
• Demonstrates professionalism and clear communication with customers and supervisor.
