Job summary

HOLT Crane & Equipment is seeking a Crane Field Service Technician I to provide on-site customer service, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing construction equipment. Candidates must have significant hands-on experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a CDL.

The role demands a strong customer service mindset and the ability to work outdoors under various conditions. The technician will maintain service records and operate machinery with precision.

Qualifications

• More than one year of heavy equipment experience required; three or more years preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and must have an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer service at off-site locations.
• Diagnose, repair, and recondition light and heavy construction equipment.
• Prepare service reports and maintain customer records.

Skills
