Job summary

HOLT Group's Texas First Rentals division seeks a Field Service Technician I to provide face-to-face client support at an off-site SA-Cibolo location. You will diagnose, repair, and recondition light and heavy industrial rental equipment while ensuring safety and quality in every service call.

Responsibilities include documenting service reports, maintaining records, coordinating with supervisors, and completing required training. A valid driver’s license and tool ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment experience preferred; 1+ year required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• MSHA, A/C, Crane/Rigger certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and CDL ability desired.
• Must own required repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and offsite troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and verify repairs.
• Document service reports and maintain customer records.
• Operate equipment with appropriate licenses and certifications.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and safety compliance; provide progress updates.
