Holt Co. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide face-to-face service at an off-site location in Georgetown, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and recondition various light and heavy construction equipment, while upholding safety and company values.

You will collaborate with internal and external resources, document all service activities, and potentially mentor junior technicians. A valid CDL and tools are typically required.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of safe work procedures and practices.
• Basic knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, engines, undercarriage, and electrical.
• Demonstrates proficiency with current computer software, related hardware, and basic knowledge of machine electronic systems.
• Exceptional skills in customer service.
• Basic diagnostic and trouble‑shooting skills.

• Operates vehicle with required licenses and certifications.
• Performs minor repairs and troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision.
• Performs minor troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment malfunctions.
• Disassembles and assembles basic components; removes and installs parts.
• Tests, adjusts, and verifies proper operation of repairs and adjustments.
• Maintains service reports and customer records; accesses required databases.
