Responsibilities

• Stage, assemble, and maintain lottery equipment per Field Service Standards.
• Diagnose and repair scheduled and unscheduled service calls with minimal supervision.
• Train retail employees on equipment usage and functionality.
• Travel to lottery locations and corporate sites as needed.
• Maintain driving record per company policy and manage company vehicle.
