Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Certified Field Service Technician II to assemble, maintain, and service Lottery and Gaming equipment at customer sites and in-house facilities. The role includes training retailers and traveling to various locations, with overnight trips possible.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring safety and proper operation of equipment. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with <1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: Years of related experience &lt; 1 year.
• Valid driver’s license for the state based in.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, assemble, and maintain all lottery equipment per Field Service Standards.
• Perform extensive field repairs with minimal supervision on SCIQ Lottery and Gaming equipment.
• Diagnose for scheduled and unscheduled service calls.
• Train retail employees on equipment functionality.
• Travel to retail locations and corporate sites as needed.
