Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation in Milwaukee seeks a Field Representative II to service and repair a range of Ricoh devices at customer locations within a defined territory. You will manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships while driving service revenue.

The role requires 2+ years of technical experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will train on new equipment and work in a dynamic field service environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level technical knowledge from technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
• Ability to read technical manuals and understand equipment specs.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to service customer equipment and meet service targets.
• Diagnose, install, remove, and retrofit equipment as required.
• Manage territory, inventory and customer relationships, and collaborate with sales as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced technicians.
