Job summary

Sharp Business Systems is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage a territory in Beaufort, SC, performing installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment. You will read schematics, troubleshoot electronics, and ensure high customer satisfaction under supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager.

Required 1-3 years copier repair experience, high school diploma, and CompTIA A+ certification; vocational electronics training preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in copier repair or maintenance of electronic equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory; vocational electronics/electromechanical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently service and maintain a full territory in installation, maintenance, and repair of Sharp equipment.
• Resolve at least 82% of service calls after training and territory assignment.
• Read and interpret schematics; perform electrical troubleshooting per manuals and bulletins.
• Maintain inventory and complete administrative functions accurately and timely.
