Job summary

Sharp Business Systems is seeking a Field Service Representative to maintain a territory of Sharp equipment in the Winston-Salem area. You will service, install, maintain, and repair equipment with minimal supervision while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in copier repair or electronic equipment maintenance, a High School Diploma or equivalent, electronics/electro-mechanical tech schooling, and CompTIA A+ certification.

• 1–3 years of copier repair or electronic equipment maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Independently service and maintain a full territory for Sharp equipment.
• Resolve service calls and communicate effectively with customers.
• Read schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting per manuals.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Report progress to Branch Field Service Manager and collaborate with team.
