Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation USA is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage a geographic territory, installing, repairing, and maintaining Sharp equipment while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Under the supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, you will service equipment, interpret schematics, perform electrical troubleshooting, and maintain accurate inventory and records while traveling locally in Winston-Salem, NC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years copier repair or electronics maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Technical vocational schooling preferred (electronics/electro-mechanical).
• Must possess CompTIA A+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Independently service and maintain a full territory with minimal supervision.
• Resolves at least 82% of service calls upon completion of training and territory assignment.
• Read and interpret schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting as outlined in manuals.
• Maintain parts inventory and keep accurate administrative records.
• Communicate with Branch Field Service Manager about performance and issues.
• Cooperate with colleagues to achieve service goals.
