Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a full territory in installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment.
• Resolve a majority of service calls with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret schematics; perform electrical troubleshooting per manuals.
• Maintain inventory and complete administrative functions accurately.
• Communicate with customers and report issues to management.
