The Icee Company is seeking a Service Technician in Birmingham, AL to service ICEE and restaurant equipment, including beverage dispensers and ice machines. You will operate with minimal supervision and participate in weekly service-center meetings.

Compensation starts at $22/hour with potential overtime; a company vehicle, gas card, and tools are provided. Training, uniforms, and devices are included during onboarding, plus benefits noted in the employee program.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. required.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Mansioni

• Respond to dispatched service calls with prompt ETA.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs as needed.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment, parts, tools, and company vehicle.
• Document all work and close out service orders; communicate with supervisor.
• Perform general warehouse duties: cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving equipment and parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
