Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician to service ICEE and restaurant equipment, including frozen and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverages, ice makers, and juice dispensers. The role includes a company vehicle, uniforms, tools, a cell phone, a tablet, and a gas card.

You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and manage inventory. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on mechanical background, and willingness to drive up

Qualifications

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Receives dispatched service calls with prompt ETA.
• Performs preventive maintenance and diagnoses service problems.
• Maintains inventory of parts, tools, and company vehicle.
• Documents work performed and closes out activities.
• Communicates clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Performs general warehouse duties (cleaning, organizing, shipping/receiving).
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
