EnerSys is seeking a Field Service Technician I to provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair of UPS, switchgear, and related equipment at customer locations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will support on-site installations, travel to customer sites, and perform preventive maintenance under supervision while maintaining proper records and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of field service or related experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced technician on service calls.
• Travel to customer sites for installation and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain service reports and records.
