Hach, a Veralto company, is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support customers in the Central Valley, CA region. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of instrumentation, and delivering a positive on-site service experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Associates/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude is a must - experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair.
• 2+ years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
• Promote a positive customer experience and serve as on-site contact for technical and service-related problems.
• Daily travel to customer sites within a 2-hour radius of the home office; 65-75% overnight travel within the region.
