Hach, a Veralto company, seeks a Field Service Technician I to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration at customer sites, primarily in municipal and industrial settings. You will travel daily from Central Valley, CA, handling on-site technical service and reporting.

The role requires a HS Diploma (associates/technical degree preferred) and 2+ years of field service experience, with a company car and extensive benefits offered. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Formación

• HS Diploma required; Associates/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude is a must - experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair.
• 2+ years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
• Promote a positive customer experience and serve as on-site contact for technical and service-related problems.
• Work in municipal and industrial settings, including water treatment facilities, refineries, and food & beverage plants.
• Some applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2).
• Submit service reports affecting billing, inventory, instrument history, and failures.
• Travel daily to customer sites and support the territory from Central Valley, CA.
