Job summary

Veralto Corporation in Seattle area is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality on-site service at municipal and industrial sites, performing preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Hach devices.

You will travel frequently, work in facilities from drinking water plants to refineries, submit service reports, and ensure safety practices while maintaining instrument history and supporting customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Travel-based field service or customer-facing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Associate or technical degree preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostics helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to rent vehicles and book hotels per state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation on client sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and serve as the customer contact for service-related issues.
• Work in municipal and industrial facilities including water treatment, refineries, and food/beverage plants.
• Submit accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, and instrument history.
