Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician I for the St. Louis, MO area. You’ll be the on-site first responder, learn to diagnose ATM issues, perform basic maintenance, and communicate clearly via the service app to ensure customer satisfaction.

No ATM experience? No problem—comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities for growth, a strong safety culture, and a path to become a skilled field technician in a leading payments company.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on problem solving with basic electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate an Android phone and company app for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures while accessing ATMs on customer sites.
• Diagnose issues using error logs and service app data.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on ATMs outdoors and indoors.
• Report hours, miles, and work performed in a timely, accurate manner.
