Job summary

NCR Atleos in the United States is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, across assigned territories.

You will receive formal training from NCR Atleos and have opportunities to advance within a global service network, with travel as needed and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills are required.
• Operating system familiarity and a valid driver’s license are essential.
• One year or more of related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines
