Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I in New Orleans, LA. You will be the first on-site responder for customer ATMs, diagnosing issues from logs, performing minor repairs, and documenting work with our service app.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, training completion, inventory management, and reporting hours/miles. A valid driver's license, HS diploma, and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area and be authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel; lifting up to 50 lbs; outdoor work in all seasons.
• Familiarity with Android phones and basic on-site troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos on-site at customer locations and communicate clearly via service app.
• Diagnose ATM issues from error logs and perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain parts inventory and report hours worked and miles driven daily.
• Follow safety procedures and complete NCR Atleos trainings/certifications.
