Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Harrisonburg, VA. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, for leading retail customers.

The role includes rotating shifts, overtime, and travel, with a company vehicle provided. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, plus benefits such as paid holidays, vacation time, 401K, medical insurance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
