Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Gluckstadt, MS. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade office technology, keeping MFPs and printers in top working order for customers in your territory.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant technical experience, solid electro-mechanical skills, and a valid driver's license. Training and growth opportunities are available within a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier or office equipment and related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use documentation tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance where required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required training and document service activities with accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and procedures in all tasks.
