Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support customers in Gluckstadt, MS, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and upgrading office technology and Managed Print Services. You’ll ensure printers and copiers operate reliably in client environments.

You will handle service calls, train customers, document activities, and stay compliant with safety policies while advancing your hands-on skills with industry-leading devices in a global technology

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related technologies.
• Experience with document management systems or multifunction printers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
