• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with proper documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance for Canon products.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Support machine performance and contribute to branch targets.
