Job summary

Allegion is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced 2nd- and 3rd-level local and remote technical support across office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, asset inventories, and support cybersecurity and ITIL compliant processes. Hybrid work arrangement offered with emphasis on collaboration and security best practices. Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders required.

Qualifications

• Provide advanced 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support across Allegion facilities (office, manufacturing, and warehouse).
• Troubleshoot independently and perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 2nd- and 3rd-level local and remote technical support for assigned Allegion facilities (office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments) to meet or exceed SLA metrics.
• Troubleshoot independently, perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring incidents, and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support and install technology hardware and software, execute defined software/hardware lifecycle processes (ordering, tracking, deployment), and maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, and change records.
• Follow and promote defined ITIL and cyber-security procedures and policies and work directly with Cybersecurity
