Job summary

Allegion is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver multi-site technical support for manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage asset inventories, and follow ITIL/cybersecurity procedures.

The role includes travel up to 50% in Southern California and a hybrid work model. You should have 3–6 years of experience, strong Windows/macOS/M365 skills, and familiarity with security tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science/IT or related field preferred.
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ preferred; experience with security tools is a plus.
• Experience evaluating, integrating, and supporting AI-driven automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 2nd- and 3rd-level local and remote technical support for Allegion facilities to meet SLA metrics.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis; communicate issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support and install technology hardware and software; manage lifecycle processes and documentation.
