Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support our retail clients across a defined territory. You will install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems, with a focus on delivering prompt, quality field service.

Training is provided through NCR Voyix to build skills, and a company vehicle is provided for work use. This role requires flexibility with shifts and travel as needed to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronics knowledge.
• Familiarity with hardware and operating system basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
