Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory, including self-checkout systems. You will respond promptly to customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide reliable service.

The role includes hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a company-provided vehicle. You will work in a dynamic environment within NCR Voyix’s field services team, delivering value to major retail customers.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments to service or replace networking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
