Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking technicians to provide on-site, shop, and field maintenance for Canon-supported products across assigned territories. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to travel, and flexibility for 24/7 shift work with on-call rotations.

Anticipated hourly rate ranges from $20.00 to $25.49, with a transportation allowance. Training occurs during daytime hours, followed by varying shifts including Sundays through Wednesdays or Wednesdays through Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Travel is required; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 environment with shift work and on-call rotations.
• Willingness to obtain security and/or other clearances as required by customers.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and staying active more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, kneeling).

Responsabilités

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge across multiple product groups with troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations with efficient, responsive maintenance.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians and manage technical information responsibly.
• Resolve escalated technical or customer service issues across assigned territories.
