Job summary

Canon USA is seeking an On-Site Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and maintain Canon-supported products. This role involves flexible schedules, 3.5 days on/3.5 days off with a weekend day and weekend bonuses, plus night shift differentials.

Responsibilities include reporting failures, performing maintenance, and maintaining service records and Canon property. Travel and lifting requirements apply, with training followed by flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience or suitability.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call rotations.
• Willingness to obtain customer-required clearances.
• Able to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive on-site maintenance for Canon-supported products.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Support branch/district targets through performance.
