Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our Field Services Team. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment and provide prompt service to our retail customers across the assigned territory.

A strong mechanical aptitude and customer-facing skills help you deliver best-in-class solutions. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow with a globally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
