Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASMET.
• 1+ years in hands-on electrical environment.
• Basic training in electrical theory.
• Basic knowledge with electrical test equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• MS Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in start-up commissioning, integration, emergency service and troubleshooting of Vertiv 480VAC systems.
• Establish, promote and maintain rapport with customers, co-workers and sales reps.
• Evaluate operating conditions of equipment.
• Interact with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Manage own schedule with self-motivation.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Provide first-time fixes and timely reporting.
