Job Overview

Our company’s headquarters are located in Miami, FL, but we operate across multiple states. We’re seeking Field Service Technicians to work throughout Florida, and potentially Georgia and South Carolina as needed.

Technician Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experience
• Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office (willing to train)
• Willingly travel and stay overnight on occasions
• Own tools
• Accurately read blueprints
• Some supervisory experience
• Reliable transportation
• High attention to detail
• Work well independently and interdependently
• Clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft
• Basic electrical, basic carpentry, drywall installation/repairs and skim, stucco and EIFS repair, painting, door installation, closers, interior and exterior building repairs

Helper Requirements

• One year experience as a helper in the construction industry
• Clean background and driving record
• Work well independently and interdependently
• Take initiative and be self‑motivated
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft
• Must speak English
