Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in construction or trades with growing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Experience in flooring, cabinetry, or countertops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation tasks across multiple trades.
• Handle repairs in occupied homes safely and to ILG standards.
• Coordinate material handling and logistics for installs.
• Maintain inventory and accurate documentation.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations with customers.
• Mentor less experienced technicians as needed.
