Job summary

Glory Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment in Santa Rosa, CA. You will travel regionally to customer sites, keeping clients informed and ensuring minimal downtime.

This role emphasizes electro-mechanical repair with strong PC awareness and safety training. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 10 AM–8 PM, with on-call rotation and travel within Sonoma County.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or down systems.
• Complete installations and hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required training.
