Job summary

Glory is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of our service team in the Santa Rosa area. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and travel within Sonoma County to support customer sites.

This role requires electro-mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-site, with schedules Friday to Tuesday and hours 10 AM to 8 PM. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work with electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction at every site.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on GLORY equipment.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Install machines and apply hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete EH&S training.
