Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Lubbock, TX territory. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and communicate progress to customers. This full-time, field-based role requires weekend rotation and travel within the territory.

You'll work 4x10 schedule (Thu-Sun 8am-7pm) with on-call coverage and potential relocation support not offered. A valid Driver’s License and electro-mechanical background are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation.
• Any other job responsibilities as assigned within scope of position.
