Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician for Buffalo, NY, supporting local customers with on-site service and repairs. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and stay current with GLORY hardware and software changes.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, traveling to client sites within the Buffalo area. A valid driver’s license and strong electro-mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, network navigation, and email.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience repairing high-speed equipment such as check sorters or currency sorters.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
